In finance, either you lead the market, or the market leads you.
At Voscenmere Finance Institute, we teach you to be the wolf — not the sheep.
From Wall Street to digital finance — and a school for the next generation.
Armand Ogbebor’s career began on Wall Street, the world’s leading financial centre. As an equity analyst he stood out quickly through sharp market insight, then turned toward digital assets and blockchain — becoming one of the early pioneers in decentralised finance (DeFi).
Since the 2010s he has been deeply involved in cryptocurrency and is regarded as a pioneer of the digital-finance revolution. As an asset-management professional he has managed hundreds of billions of dollars in client assets and delivered strong returns across multiple markets.
With more than 20 years as a senior finance professional, his expertise spans equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs and FX. Drawing on deep foundations and keen market intuition, he has created substantial value for many clients.
Beyond traditional finance, he has led teams to breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and blockchain, successfully developing the AI-driven platform SelqoriAI.

Bringing institutional anti-inflation tools home.
In 2026, seeing rising inflation and currency depreciation in Nigeria, Armand chose to shift his professional focus toward West Africa. He believes pure traditional finance theory alone cannot serve everyday investors in emerging markets.
He founded the institute to bring Wall Street–grade anti-inflation approaches — including crypto assets and options hedging — together with AI data-analysis tools to Nigeria, pursuing genuine financial-knowledge equity.
Returning with an international perspective, he aims to contribute new angles and value to Nigeria’s fast-growing financial sector, with particular interest in innovative fintech and sustainable investing — and is building his own investment software after returning.
